Acceptance criteria for the October release 2026 adopted

The Integral Implementation Management Consultation (IISO) has adopted the acceptance criteria for the October release 2026. Using these acceptance criteria, we will determine, on the basis of measurable criteria, whether the sector is ready for the release to go live.

The October release comprises components that provide information on connection and fault data and offer greater insight into why a smart meter cannot be read remotely. These components are:

  • TS025 ‘P4 – Verbeteren inzicht bij Slimme Meter Niet uitleesbaar (SMN)’ (‘P4 – Improving insight into Smart Meter Not Readable (SMN)’)
  • TS055 (RFC-058) ‘Aansluitings- en storingsinformatie ontsluiten via API – ODA-functionaliteit’ (‘Unlocking connection and fault information via API – OSP functionality’)
  • TS055 (RFC-057) ‘Opvragen storingsgegevens na leveringsperiode LV’ (‘Retrieving fault data after SUP supply period’)

Two lead group tests are being organised for the October release. The first tests have been successfully completed; the second tests are scheduled for the end of August. Following the completion of the second lead group tests, a decision will be made in September and the components will be available on 1 October 2026.
