On Friday 10 July, the Integral Implementation Management Consultation (IISO) adopted the Business Requirements Specification (BRS) ‘Meetgegevens en reclamaties GA’ (‘Metering data and objections LC’ (large connections)) and the Business Service (BS) ‘Uitwisselen meetgegevens tijdseries’ (‘Exchange of time-series metering data’).
New use cases in the BRS
Two new use cases have been added to the BRS.
The first use case enables the periodic (monthly) distribution of volumes from imbalance settlement periods (ISPs) for electricity allocation points, using the telemetry allocation method (TMT), from the metering responsible party to the supplier. This makes it easier for suppliers to set up billing processes, both for end users and for settlements between market parties.
In addition, there is a new use case for suppliers. They can submit a review request if the metering responsible party has not supplied any metering data, or has supplied incomplete data, within the aforementioned process.
Amended business service
The business service ‘Uitwisselen meetgegevens tijdseries’ (‘Exchange of time-series metering data’) has also been updated. As a result, the monthly message containing ISP volumes can now be sent not only to the existing recipients but also to the supplier.
