Following the implementation of issue TS041 on 1 May 2026, it emerged that the distribution system operator (DSO) had not always submitted the meter readings and associated volumes to the supplier via the C-AR Portal (Distribution Metering Data, MDD). The readings and volumes were, however, processed and recorded in the DSO systems. In some cases, the readings and volumes were visible to suppliers in the Accessible Measurement Data Register (TMR). However, these were not shared with the suppliers via the C-AR Portal (MDD).
The issue has now been resolved. The DSOs have confirmed with EDSN that the meter readings and volumes are now being made available to suppliers via the C-AR Portal (MDD) as required. This has also been confirmed with the suppliers who reported this issue to the DSOs via EDSN. Remedial actions have been carried out to make the missing readings and volumes available via the C-AR Portal (MDD). This was completed this weekend.
