On Friday 16 October, the Integral Implementation Management Consultation (IISO) adopted two Requests for Change (RFCs) relating to the January release 2027. One RFC introduces a correction to the management of connected parties’ data, whilst the other expands the scope of data provision regarding smart meter (SMA) allocation volumes.

RFC-078-TS088 ‘Correctie kleine fouten in BS en BD’ (‘Correction of minor errors in BS and MD’)

During testing of the API for topic TS088 ‘Controle naam aangeslotene kleine aansluiting’ (‘Verification name of connected party small connection’), several shortcomings were identified in the business service (BS) ‘Beheren gegevens aangeslotene’ (‘Manage data connected party’) and the message definition (MD) ‘ConnectedPartyManagement’. RFC-078 rectifies these shortcomings. The RFC corrects the value for the name check from ‘FALSE’ to ‘NO’ and corrects several inaccuracies in attribute names, descriptions and field lengths.

RFC-075-TS094 ‘Verruiming verstrekking gegevens’ (‘Expansion of data provision’)

RFC-075 brings topic TS094 ‘Onderscheid AMI AZI in allocatievolumes SMA’ (‘Distinction between AMI and AZI in SMA allocation volumes’) into line with the way in which data exchange is implemented. Whilst the topic document still states that SMA allocation volumes are only provided by consumption type on the third and tenth working days, balancing responsible parties can now request the most up-to-date and available data at any time. This has been amended in the topic document, including, amongst other things, the MSP texts in the topic document that will subsequently be incorporated into the MSP Wholesale Electricity.
