Update to topic TS051/TS052 ‘Validation and Conflicting Bids’ for alternative transport rights

Topic TS051/TS052 ‘Validatie & Conflicterende biedingen’ (‘Validation & Conflicting bids’) enables flexible capacity from large connections to be made available in order to prevent congestion. To this end, on Friday 17 July, the Integral Implementation Management Consultation (IISO) adopted the business service and the associated message definition for requesting transmission limit value overrun and underrun prices.
This service enables market participants to request the applicable transmission limit value overrun prices and transmission limit value underrun prices for a specific calendar month from the electricity transmission system operator (TSO-E, TenneT). The exchange thus supports the standardised provision of price information used within the congestion control process.
