New business service and message definition for the congestion control topic

On 20 May, the GMM MFF established an update to topic TS051/TS052. The update is necessary due to a Request for Change: RFC-069 ‘069 ‘Transportgrenswaarde op basis van TDTR en VVTR’ (‘Transport limit value on TDTR and VVTR’).
The RFC supplements the topic in three respects:

It is clear to the market that a transport limit value is also determined and communicated for time-bound transport rights (TDTR) and fully variable transport rights (VVTR).

Separate processes are described for the exchange of data on the transport limit value and the called-up controllable capacity of congestion management services.

New terms from the Energy Act and the proposed code amendment ‘Transportgrenswaarden’ (‘Transport limit valuess’) are included in topic TS051/TS052.
