Scope and schedule for the May release 2027 adopted
On Friday 17 July, the Integral Implementation Management Consultation (IISO) adopted new versions of a number of documents. This is necessary due to the implementation in January of topic TS088 ‘Controle naam aangeslotene kleine aansluiting’ (‘Verification name connected party with small connections’).
Under TS088, suppliers are obliged to verify the reliability and completeness of data relating to the name of the connected party with a small connection. The supplier must do this no later than 90 days after the start of supply. This obligation has led to new versions of the documents listed below.
The changes consist of the addition of the use case ‘Rapportage controle juistheid naam aangeslotene van LV naar DSB’ (‘Reporting the accuracy check of the name of a connected party with a small connection to the DSO’). This outlines how, as a supplier, you send a report to the distribution system operator (DSO) containing the results of the name check for connected parties with a small connection. In addition, a new field has been added to the existing use cases for reporting, amending and requesting data on connected parties: ‘Indicatie geen zekerheid over de juistheid van de naam’ (‘Indication of uncertainty regarding the accuracy of the name’). This allows you to inform the DSO that there is no certainty regarding the accuracy of the registered name of the connected party.
You can find the document on the Energiedatawijzer.
The structure of the document has been amended in the business service. In addition, the attribute ‘Zekerheid Juistheid naam’ (‘Certainty of name accuracy’) has been added to the data to be exchanged. This attribute aligns with the use cases in the BRS ‘Aansluitingenregister’ (‘Connection Register’). This attribute allows you, as a supplier, to indicate that, after carrying out the required checks, you cannot be certain of the accuracy of the connected party’s registered name. Furthermore, you can now also use discriminator attributes to distinguish between a domestic end-user, a non-domestic end-user and an end-user of an unknown type.
The documents can be found on the Energiedatawijzer:
A new dataset has been added to the business service for the use case ‘CON.004 – Rapportage controle juistheid naam aangeslotene van LV naar DSB’ (‘Reporting on checks of the accuracy of subscriber names from SUP to DSO’ from the BRS ‘Connection Register’). This dataset enables you, as a supplier, to periodically report to the DSO the results of the checks carried out on the accuracy of the names of subscribers to small connections.
You submit the report quarterly via the File Gateway; it includes, amongst other things, the number of checks carried out, matches, different categories of mismatches, checks that could not be carried out and checks that are still pending.
The business service describes the dataset type, the file naming conventions and the structure of the CSV file, including the mandatory fields that must be included in the report. This ensures a standardised exchange of this report between the supplier and the DSO.
You can find the document on the Energiedatawijzer.
